NEOS Vendor Registration Spring 2024
We've booked the NEOS venue for the Spring and we're ready to start promoting the show!
There is now a "Vendor Area" where vendors can create a log-in. This will continue to grow and ultimately the goal is to have it integrate with an "Attendee Area" where we can communicate directly with attendees throughout the year. Show announcements will be posted on the blog and notifications will be posted in the Vendor Area in an effort to eliminate the SPAM filter issues we've had in the past. Payments can also be made directly through the members area.
To create an account, see updates, download digital assets, make payments and click the link on the site and complete the form. I will then go in and accept the request and you'll receive an email letting you know it's complete. If you don't receive an email in 48 hours, remember to check your spam. If it's still not there, email or call me and we'll figure out what's going on.
Space is limited so vendors who have participated will have access to the "Payment Page" immediately. Tables will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. We had 40 tables at the last show and will have the same number for the next show. The link will be open to new vendors after January 1.
Here's some quick info:
No more than 2 collections per table.
We are limited to 40 tables that are sold on a first come/ first serve basis.
Previous Vendors have priority through December 31, 2023.
New tables open up on January 1, 2024
A list will be started for new Vendors and the payment link will become available to those vendors at that time.
All tables are 6 ft banquet tables, black linens provided.
Banners are limited to small pop-up, no pipe and drape style.
Seats will be provided (stored in a back room and available for both appointments and reps).
Nothing can be shipped the venue, but most of the recommended hotels accept shipments.
All Vendors will be provided a full email and contact list of attendees after the show.
