Parking
On Sundays, visitors to Union Market in DC can find parking in the market's free lot, in nearby garages, and in free on-street parking spots. The best options can get busy, so arriving early is recommended.

Free options:

Union Market parking lot: The market has its own parking lot directly in front of the building, which is free to use. This lot fills up quickly on busy weekends and Sundays.

On-street parking: Parking at meters and in residential zones in Washington, D.C., is free on Sundays. You can look for available spaces on streets surrounding the market, such as 6th Street NE. Be sure to check all posted signage for any time-limited restrictions.

Overflow lot: An overflow parking lot is sometimes available at the intersection of 5th and Penn Streets NE.

Paid Garages:

La Cosecha Parking Garage: Located near Union Market at 1280 4th Street NE, this garage is a convenient option. Some reviews mention free parking for the first few hours, though rates can change.

440 Penn Street Garage: This garage serves the apartment complex above it but provides additional parking for visitors to the Union Market district.

Getting to Dock 5
Union Market has A LOT going on! On the ground floor there's a food hall with pretty much any type of food or drink you could want. On the roof top, there's a restaurant & bar called Hi-Lawn. In between those 2 levels, there's a large event space called Dock 5 & that's where you'll find us. We'll try to have signage directing you, but it can get lost in all of the commotion so here's a quick map to help you find us.

This is what the lower lever looks like- if you're here, you need to go around the other side of the building to enter the show. There's a paved courtyard with a loading dock between Dock 5 & apartments with shops below across. That's where you'll find us!
This is what the entrance to the show looks like. It's one level up from the food hall area. So either walk out to 5th and take a right then the next right, or to 4th and take 2 lefts.

checking in
Everyone in the show MUST wear a badge at all times, this is why we ask that everyone register ahead of time. We will have badges ready for you at registration. For the fastest check in, you can bring your printed confirmation with the QR code or show us on your phone. If you don't have that with you, it's ok, we can check you in with just your name.

If you haven't pre-registered, don't worry, you can register at the door. You just won't be entered to win any prizes, so try to register ahead of time!
