Pre-registration is STRONGLY recommended, but you can register upon arrival. It will just be faster for you if you do it ahead of time!
There is ample free street parking around the entire Speedway area, and it's Sunday so there's even more free street parking. However, if you can't find a spot, here's a map to the free lot of the medical building directly behind the building off of Soldiers Field Rd.
